Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (organic and paid).

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Design and implement high-converting lead generation funnels.
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths.
  • Continuously improve cost-per-lead and lead quality.

Marketing Automation

  • Build and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement.
  • Segment audiences and personalize communication strategies.
  • Integrate automation tools with CRM systems.

Email Marketing

  • Create targeted email sequences for acquisition, nurturing, and retention.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and campaign flows.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Develop platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Oversee content planning aligned with brand positioning.

CRM & Data Management

  • Manage and optimize CRM pipelines.
  • Track lead behavior and sales funnel performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and track performance using tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales and development teams to align marketing with product and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, etc.).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Education: 

No special degree is required, but a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be prioritized.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to 50,000 BDT (based on experience and expertise)
