Role Overview
We are looking for talented and passionate SEO and GEO Specialists to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building campaigns — plus a deep understanding of Google’s latest algorithms and SEO & GEO best practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and CTR.
- Develop off-page SEO campaigns (backlinking, outreach, and guest posting).
- Optimize website content for readability, SEO, and conversions.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, GSC, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO compliance.
- Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging trends, and AI-driven SEO techniques (GEO).
- Content writing when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Proficient in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in WordPress SEO, schema markup, and page speed optimization is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new SEO technologies.
- Experience in AI-driven SEO techniques (GEO)
- Proficiency in English communication [speaking, reading, writing]

No specific degree required — skills and experience matter most.

- Salary: Up to 40,000 BDT/month, based on experience.
